The bonding quality between the ultrasonic transducer and the cleaning tank has a great influence on the quality of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. It is not only necessary to adhere firmly, but also to ensure that the adhesive layer is uniform, no glue shortage and no cracks are allowed, so that the ultrasonic energy can be transmitted to the cleaning fluid to the maximum extent, so as to improve the efficiency and cleaning effect of the machine. At present, there are some cleaning equipment to prevent the oscillator from falling off the cleaning tank. The screw and viscose fixing method is adopted. Although the oscillator will not fall down, there are many hidden dangers. If the quality of screw welding is poor, such as not perpendicular to the surface of stainless steel plate, the adhesive layer is not uniform, even cracks or lack of glue, and the energy transmission will be weakened. On the other hand, if the welding is not good, it will also affect the smooth surface of stainless steel, leading to accelerated cavitation corrosion, shorten the service life. One of the methods to judge the quality of bonding is cleaning. The temperature rise of the oscillator is measured after the tank is filled with water and the machine is turned on for a period of time. If the temperature of one of the many oscillators rises very fast, it indicates that the oscillator may not bond well. Because the sound radiation is not good at this time, most of the energy is consumed on the oscillator and heated. Another method is to measure the impedance of the oscillator one by one to determine the bonding quality under the condition of small signal.
