The application of ultrasonic impedance curve and admittance circle in the processing and production of ultrasonic devices are as follows:
ultrasonic transducer: the admittance circle shall not have parasitic circle, the resonance frequency shall be close to the design frequency as much as possible, the dynamic impedance shall be low, the quality factor QM shall be close to the design requirements, and the capacitance shall match the circuit.
● piezoelectric ceramic chip: it can directly judge whether the device is good or not from the admittance circle diagram and logarithmic coordinates. If there is delamination or crack in the ceramic chip, the logarithmic curve will appear multiple peaks. There are many parasitic circles on the admittance circle.
● ultrasonic horn and mold: whether the design, processing and assembly are reasonable or defective can be seen directly from the admittance circle diagram.
ultrasonic welding machine: during production and processing, the results of admittance circle are used to analyze the state of the welding machine, and the existing problems of the welding machine are found through parameter and graphic analysis.
