Principle of ultrasonic oscillator:
1. The piezoelectric elements and the internal electrodes of the ultrasonic transducer are alternately stacked, and the external electrodes are connected with the internal electrodes.
The ultrasonic oscillator has: an internal electrode group, which is roughly divided into four parts along the second direction and the third direction orthogonal to the stacking direction as the first direction; the first external electrode group and the second external electrode group are respectively connected with the internal electrode group; and the first external electrode group and the second external electrode group are applied through the above-mentioned external electrode group and the second external electrode group. Adding alternating voltage and exciting the longitudinal vibration mode of the main vibration in the second direction above and the bending vibration mode of the main vibration in the third direction above, the ultrasonic elliptical vibration is generated.
The ultrasonic oscillator is composed of a conductor film for electrode connection, which is formed along a plane perpendicular to the stacking direction and electrically connects the predetermined external electrodes of the first external electrode group and the predetermined external electrodes of the second external electrode group respectively. Piezoelectric transducer is a device which can convert electric energy and sound energy by piezoelectric effect. The ultrasonic transducer provided by our company is made of high-quality piezoelectric ceramic components, which are carefully designed, processed and tested. It is a bolt-fastened type and can produce stable ultrasonic wave when the load changes. It has the characteristics of large amplitude, high electro-acoustic conversion rate, low calorific value, high reliability and good consistency.
