If the temperature of one of the many oscillators rises very fast, it indicates that the oscillator may not bond well. Because the sound radiation is not good at this time, most of the energy is consumed on the oscillator and heated. Another method is to measure the impedance of the oscillator one by one to determine the bonding quality under the condition of small signal.
